Updates are generally undertaken after receiving a request from our clients via email for a particular update. While we can apply our own creativity to your required content, the more precise the request is and the more detail provided, the easier and quicker it is for us to do, which saves you money.
The 3 Easy Steps to Updating Your Website
- E-mail us your update request, clearly stating what you would like changed/updated and provide any new content/images as required.
- We’ll then undertake the update, usually on the same day that you request it.
- We’ll then send you an e-mail once the update is complete so you know exactly when it’s been finished.
If you have chosen a website with Content Management capability, and have some basic knowledge, you can even update your own content!
All we need to start undertaking updates to your site are your existing website hosting account details (login name and password) and that’s it!
