Flowers of St John’s Website Launched
We’ve just launched a new website for a WA florist, Flowers of St Johns.
They’re located within the St John of God Hospital in Murdoch, WA.
They not only supply flowers and gift-ware to many hospital guests at Murdoch, but they also offer delivery to most Perth metropolitan areas.
Flowers of St Johns were after a simple business website to explain to visitors what they offer, where they delivery to and to showcase some examples and prices of their fresh cut and amazingly crafted floral arrangements.
They cater for all occasions, including Weddings, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and anything else you can think of!
This website was built on WordPress, allowing full content management ability.

No More Haggle is a new startup located in Perth, WA.
Their business sets out to eliminate the frustrating and time consuming process of shopping around for new electrical products and dealing with pushy or arrogant sales people, by doing it all for you!
The best part about it is, you also get the best price possible. Daniel from No More Haggle has over 20 years experience in the industry and has access to products at wholesale prices.
They can even arrange for installation, whether it be a new air-conditioning system, wall mounted TV, Dishwasher, Clothes Dryer etc etc. They have access to qualified tradesmen to get the whole job done with minimum fuss.
Daniel approached Vapor Web Design, with a unique type of website, where products would not be available like an online store, but customers could request quotes by provising as much or as little criteria as they like. This was solved with the unique Quote Request Form.
In addition, the site showcases the many brands of products No More Haggle can obtain and also showcases some of the recent deals that have been possible.
The site was built using the latest version of WordPress with many custom modifications.
By using WordPress as the Content Management System (CMS) the customer is also able to make modifications to the text on pages as they wish with little effort.

Easy Living Curtains & Blinds is located in Canning Vale, WA and specialises in Curtains, Blinds and all types of window treatments for both residential and commercial clients.
Jason from Easy Living Curtains & Blinds approached me to create a whole new website for them after putting up with a mediocre and out of date website for many years. The client wanted a fresh new modern look to rival their biggest competitors and to showcase the products they have to offer in the field of window treatments.

JustInvest Website Launched
I’ve just launched a new website I’ve been working on for the team over at JustInvest Financial Planning.
JustInvest Financial Planning is located in Perth, WA and specialising in Financial Planning, Responsible Investment, Wealth Creation, Wealth Protection and Wealth Preservation strategies.
The brief from James for this project was an entirely new website to showcase what JustInvest have to offer in the Financial Planning field, while also providing timely and informative information via a news blog on the site. As part of the project, they have now been listed on Google Maps, Connected to Twitter and are able to edit and adjust the content of their own website via the Content Management System backend.
The site has been built using the latest version of WordPress with many customisations.

Freeagent – Online Accounting Software
I’ve recently started using an online accounting application from the guys over at FreeAgent Central.
FreeAgent Central is a UK based company, that caters for the accounting needs of many countries, including Australia.
They’re ideal for freelancers or small business to use and keeps track of your bank statements, invoicing, time tracking, expenses and much much more!
As a freelancer myself running a small business, I previously used to manage my business accounts manually, but then I realised there’s a lot of good things out there to help people like me manage the day to day things a lot easier than it used to be. FreeAgent keeps track of my clients, the projects for each client and how much time I spend working on each project.
The invoicing system is brilliant and pain free and it’ll even send out automated thank you emails to your clients once the invoice has been receipted.
What’s even better is that there’s also iPhone apps to track your expenses when you’re on the go such as:

Southern Racing Suspension Website Launched
Southern Racing Suspension is a local Perth based business owned and run by Tony Michelsen.
Tony has long been involved in the local Motocross scene as both a rider and more recently team manager. In previous years, Tony owned and operated Belmont Tool Centre and fed his passion for motorcycles and racing by managing his own race team, Belmont Tools KTM. Since selling Belmont Tool Centre, Tony started up a new business to continue his passion for motorbikes.
Tony came to Vapor Web Design, wanting a new website (having had his previous website for Belmont Tools maintained and updated by us) for his Suspension Tuning business as marketing of the website address was a high priority and Tony wanted a good looking site to go with it.

Profusion Planning Website Launched..
Today I launched a new website for a freind of mine that just started up a Financial Planning business in Mount Pleasant.
Their business is called Profusion Planning and they specialise in Financial Planning, Wealth Creation, Superannuation, Tax Planning and Estate Planning.
The visual layout was created by a Graphic Designer named Esther, and I was passed the ‘design’ to develop and code it into a working website.
The result, I think is pretty neat. We incorporated a Twitter Feed and Facebook Links, Event Listing Registration for Seminars and all their general business information with a few bits of JQuery bling to give it modern touch.

Profusion Planning is a new business located in Mount Pleasant specialising in Financial Planning, Wealth Creation, Superannuation & Tax Planning.
Once the site is finished it will be added to the portfolio.
Web Updates on the GO!
Just downloaded a new program for my iPhone called ‘FTP On The Go’.
For only $8.99 (cost of the App) I can now do minor or emergency updates from anywhere right on my iPhone.
As well as minor updates I can also log in to check on your sites google statistics or adjust your Google advertising without having to be in front of a PC.
Gotta love technology!
